What Made Us Think This Would Be a Good Idea?
There is a short answer and a long answer to the question. We’ll start with a short answer; people who find our website and use the calculator will get an idea of the cost before we spend time going back and forth on a quote. It saves us money, gives them convenience. If we aren’t a good fit for each other for the project, then we can both move on.
The long answer is because building a calculator also gave us a tool we can use for clients in the long run. We now have the front and back-end coding to add complex forms to fit our client’s needs quickly.
